Yachting Soul is the only authorized website for selling official Yachting Soul brand products.
All products for sale are therefore original and purchased directly from the manufacturer. Yachting Soul is an official reseller of all products and brands on this site. The products sold are, therefore, carefully selected for their rigorous quality control standards.

On this Site, Yachting Soul offers its customers the possibility to purchase only items already available in stock. Customers cannot order items that are not already available. Therefore, an order containing an item that has become unavailable in the meantime, even due to a mere error, shall be considered null and void.

The receipt of an Order by Yachting Soul, transmitted by the Customer via electronic means, DOES NOT constitute the conclusion of the Contract.
Your order will be considered as your contractual purchase proposal addressed to Yachting Soul for the products included in the order, considered individually. Upon receipt of your order, we will automatically send you an order acknowledgment message ("Order Receipt").
The Order Receipt does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal. By sending the Order Receipt, we merely confirm that we have received the order and have submitted it for data verification and availability of the products you requested. The sales contract with Yachting Soul will only be concluded when we send you a separate email accepting your purchase proposal, which will also contain information regarding the shipment of the product ("Shipping Confirmation").

Upon conclusion of the Contract, Yachting Soul undertakes to supply the customer with the ordered products, under the terms and conditions set out in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders from subjects who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall into the "final consumer" category mentioned above or for whom, for any reason, the ordered product is not available for sale.

By submitting the Order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe all the provisions contained in these Conditions in relations with Yachting Soul.
The submission of the Order, therefore, implies full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions, as well as the additional information contained in the web pages of the Site referenced herein and/or linked through.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

1.1 Payment methods
We accept various payment methods to offer maximum flexibility to our customers. These also include Gift Cards, which can be used as a valid payment method for purchasing products on our site.

The purchased item must be paid for simultaneously with the closing of the purchase transaction with credit card, PayPal or Gift Card.

  • CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL
    Those who wish to pay online with a Credit Card and/or via PayPal service will incur no additional fees and absolutely no risks. Indeed, credit card data is encrypted during transmission and is managed directly by the payment platform we rely on.
    Yachting Soul never accesses credit card data either during or after the order/payment phase.

    When making a payment, the user communicates card data exclusively to PayPal or the Credit Card service through a secure connection using the HTTPS protocol and 256-bit encryption, according to the methods defined by the SSL security certificate of PayPal or the Credit Card service.

To pay by Credit Card, you can use a Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and all major credit and prepaid cards.

    • GIFT CARD as a payment method
      Gift Cards are effectively a payment method. When you make a purchase using a Gift Card, the amount is deducted directly from the available balance on the Gift Card itself.

     

    PRICES

    2.1 Product Prices
    The prices of the products published on the Yachting Soul website reflect the actual retail price of the goods to the public in compliance with current regulations.

    2.2 Import Taxes
    Shipments destined outside the European Community are subject to import taxes (DDU - Delivery Duties Unpaid) based on the internal regulations of each state.
    The payment of these import taxes (DDU) is the sole responsibility of the final customer.
    The prices of the products published on the Yachting Soul website reflect the actual selling price of the goods which DOES NOT include import taxes (based on the internal regulations of each state).

     

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    In case of incorrect data entry by the customer, both additional costs and any liability for stock shortages will be borne by the customer.

    3.1 Shipping Costs - Italy
    Shipments in Italy are made via express courier.
    Shipping costs can be calculated using the appropriate form on the payment and order completion page.
    Shipping times depend on the geographical destination of the goods. Generally, shipments in Italy arrive within 48/72 hours from the day of shipment (excluding holidays).
    Delivery times for Europe, however, are between 48 and 72 hours from the shipping date (excluding holidays).
    Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
    Delivery times are indicative and based on estimates provided by the courier. We cannot guarantee a precise delivery date, as it depends on the transport service.
    During Sales, Black Days, and some special promotions, order processing, handling, and shipping times may vary.

    3.2 Shipping Costs - Abroad
    International shipments are carried out by DHL courier (or another courier).
    As required by trade laws, all Yachting Soul shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euros. For discounted items, the invoice reports the discounted amounts.

    3.3 Shipping Date
    Orders are shipped by Yachting Soul, from Monday to Friday between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

    3.4 Available Items: Immediate Shipping
    Orders are shipped on the first working day following the order placement, subject to confirmation of goods availability and payment verification.

    3.5 Items no longer available
    Should an item already ordered no longer be available, Yachting Soul undertakes to send an email notification to the customer's address, informing them of the impossibility of sending the ordered goods.
    The customer can then choose to have the entire amount paid credited to their current account or credit card or PayPal account as soon as possible or, at the customer's discretion, order another available item of equal value or receive a prepaid coupon.

    3.6 Shipment Tracking
    Upon shipment of the order, Yachting Soul sends its Customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by the express courier DHL.

    3.7 Shipment Insurance
    Yachting Soul shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

    3.8 Authorized Delivery of the Shipment
    Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the shipment. Yachting Soul packages are carefully packed in brown or white parcels with adhesive tape around the packaging.

    If, for any reason, the packaging appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are kindly requested to sign for receipt with reservation, or they may refuse delivery. Should the delivery be accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are kindly requested to report the incident immediately and contact Yachting Soul at info@yachting-soul.com within 5 days.

    If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by Yachting Soul.

    3.9 Undelivered Shipment
    In case of failed delivery of the shipment, after the third delivery attempt, the DHL express courier automatically sends the sender (Yachting Soul) a request to open a "Giacenza" (Storage) case, which reports the reason for non-delivery and requests instructions for release.

    Yachting Soul reserves the right to request the return of the goods after 3 working days if no instructions are received from the end customer.

    A maximum storage period of 15 days is provided at the nearest DHL express courier; storage costs are borne by the Customer.

    We remind our customers that the "Dossier di Apertura Pratica Giacenza" (Storage Case Opening File) has a cost of EUR 6 for each shipment made, plus the cost of any redelivery/return to the sender. For all national and international services, storage and non-receipt fees are borne by the Customer.

    3.10 Shipping Documents
    As required by international trade regulations, all Yachting Soul shipments are sent with an official invoice declaring the exact value in Euros of the items shipped.

    It is illegal to declare lower amounts than the actual ones or to request that items be declared as gifts.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    4.1 How to make a return
    Yachting Soul has devised a very simple return and product replacement procedure to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even if your purchase does not fully satisfy you.
    You can return any product purchased on Yachting Soul within 30 working days from the delivery date. Here's how:

    • Ensure that the products are in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached and intact.
    • Make sure the blue security tag is still attached to the garment. Garments returned without this blue tag will not be refunded or replaced.
    • Prepare the well-sealed package, clearly specifying your order code, your details, and your email address. Ship it via courier or post to the address below:

    In case of loss or non-return of goods, the responsibility will be entirely yours.

    We can also only offer product replacement if stock is available. You can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order.

    • You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the delivery date to the warehouse. Please note that we can only refund correctly returned products. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, Yachting Soul will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to you.

    Within 14 working days, if product replacement is possible based on available stock, Yachting Soul will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods to you via DHL express courier.

    COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

    USE OF OUR COUPONS

    5.1 Coupon Issuance
    Following the acceptance of a return compliant with our policy, if the Customer requests it, a coupon of value equal to the amount of the returned item can be issued.
    The coupon, in the form of an alphanumeric code, will be communicated to the customer via email.

    5.2 Coupon Value
    The value of the coupon corresponds to the amount paid for the returned items or for the entire order, net of any discounts or original non-refundable shipping costs.

    5.3 Coupon Validity
    Each coupon will have an expiration date clearly indicated at the time of issuance. Generally, the validity of the coupon is 6 months. We invite the customer to check it carefully.
    Once expired, the coupon will no longer be usable and will not entitle to any refund.

    5.4 Coupon Usage
    The coupon can be used for the purchase of any product available on our site: www.yachting-soul.com

    To use the coupon online, you will need to enter the unique alphanumeric code in the designated field during checkout.

    If purchasing a product of higher value than the coupon, it will be possible to integrate the difference with accepted payment methods.
    If purchasing a product of lower value than the coupon, any remaining amount will not be refunded and, unless otherwise specified, cannot be used for subsequent purchases.

    5.5 Limitations

    • Single Use: Generally, each coupon is valid for a single use. Once used, even partially, the coupon will be considered exhausted.
    • Combinability: The combinability of coupons issued for returns with other discount codes or promotions may be limited. We invite you to check the specific conditions applied to your coupon.
    • Transferability: The coupon may be nominative and non-transferable to third parties. Please check the specific terms and conditions of your coupon.
    • Non-convertibility to cash: Coupons issued after a return are not convertible to cash and cannot be used to request a monetary refund.

    5.6 Other promotions and discount codes
    Other promotions may be offered, or discount codes sent, as communicated on the web pages of www.yachting-soul.com.
    Please note: Purchases of Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards alone do not entitle you to receive promotional gifts.

    N.B. Yachting Soul reserves the right to terminate any ongoing promotion or to change its terms and conditions at any time.

    WEBSITE POLICY

    6.1 Online items and images
    Yachting Soul declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or a malfunction thereof, the colors of the products displayed on the website may show slight differences compared to the originals.
    The images contained on the Yachting Soul website are the property of Iccab srl - Via Provinciale Lucchese, 61-63 - 50019 Sesto Fiorentino - Florence - Italy.
    Any use of these images, not authorized by written consent from Iccab srl, will be prosecuted according to law.

    The assortment on Yachting Soul reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is in fact connected to all Iccab srl warehouses.
    Once the order request is received, the Yachting Soul Order Department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, verify the validity of the transaction and verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on Yachting Soul.
    In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the Customer, the Yachting Soul Order Department will promptly notify the Customer.

    Yachting Soul reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse to provide services to anyone at any time, with written communication and/or refund of any sums paid by the Customer.

    6.3 Legal Terms

    This notice contains the legal terms and conditions governing the Yachting Soul website.


    By accessing the Yachting Soul website, users agree to accept and abide by all the conditions contained in this statement.
    Yachting Soul reserves the right to ask Users who do not accept or do not intend to comply with these terms to refrain from using the Yachting Soul website.

    Iccab srl reserves the right to refuse an order if its bank is unable to receive verification from the Customer's bank. Iccab srl reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.

    6.6 Final Customers
    Iccab srl has created and published the Yachting Soul website with the aim of offering a service exclusively reserved for its Customers.
    The products sold on the Yachting Soul website are intended exclusively for the end consumer. By end consumer, Iccab srl means a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity, an activity that may include but is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on Yachting Soul.
    Iccab srl therefore invites users who do not fall into the category of end consumers to refrain from both seeking to establish commercial relations with Iccab srl and from placing orders for goods for sale through third parties.
    In consideration of the commercial policy described above, Iccab srl reserves the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the End Consumer or orders that do not comply with the commercial policies described above.
    To place orders on Yachting Soul, Customers must:

    2) Possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts.
